“This man is very good. I am very happy and impressed by his services. Abel sold my 5rm flat at 16 Joo Seng Road for $550K. My old neighbour at high floor sold for $550K which was the highest price. My unit is lower floor and Abel managed to fight for me the same highest price despite mine is low floor and have direct west sun. Very impressive.
